This level is the last game puzzle for this week update. To pass 100 gates 38 you can look at the clue picture at the bottom part of screen.

There are four circles which are dragons
To shift those dragons simply tap them
100 gates 38
- Try to make two circles on the top (which are dragons with blue and purple color background) facing up
- And make other 2 dragons with green and lime facing down.
Now you have cleared the level, for detail answer/solution look at the picture.
If you compare difficulty level between 100 gates 38 and37 you will know that this one is easier. The previous game level is more complicated with timing of shaking smartphone and tapping the screen.
